Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Essclip ("we", "us", the "Service"), operated by Esspry LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Essclip provides access to third-party AI generation models (including but not limited to Seedance, OmniHuman, Lipsync, Nano Banana, FLUX, and Ideogram) through a unified interface and API, routed via our AI infrastructure. We do not own or operate the underlying models and are not responsible for their outputs, availability, or changes made by the model providers.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
4. Credits and billing
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are allocated based on your plan and consumed per generation. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits. Unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise on the pricing page, and credits have no cash value.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, depicts real identifiable individuals without consent, constitutes harassment or exploitation, or violates the acceptable use policies of our underlying model providers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Content ownership
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs you generate using the Service, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers’ own terms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any input material (images, audio, video) you upload.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esspry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
