Essclip is operated by Esspry LLC. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Data we collect
Account data: email address, name (optional), and authentication data when you register. Usage data: generation history, credit balance, prompts, and uploaded files (images, audio, video) you submit for processing. Payment data: handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers. Technical data: IP address, browser type, and language preference, collected automatically for security and localization.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: operate and maintain your account and credit balance; process your generation requests by routing them to the relevant AI model provider; process payments and manage subscriptions; communicate service updates and respond to support requests; and detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.
4. Sharing with third parties
To provide the Service, your prompts and uploaded files are sent to the relevant AI model provider through our AI infrastructure for processing. We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Data retention
We retain account and generation data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business records (e.g. billing history).
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
