Refund Policy

1. Failed generations
If a generation fails for technical reasons — a model error, timeout, or processing failure on our end or on the underlying model provider’s end — the credits spent on that generation are automatically refunded to your account. No request is needed; refunded credits appear in your balance once the failure is detected.
2. Successful generations
Credits spent on a generation that completes successfully — even if you are not satisfied with the creative result — are not refunded. AI model outputs are inherently variable; we recommend reviewing model examples and adjusting your prompt before generating again.
3. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period; you retain access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for.
4. Unused credits
Unused credits remaining at the end of a billing period do not carry a cash value and are not eligible for a cash refund, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
5. Exceptional circumstances
If you believe you were charged in error, were billed after a successful cancellation, or experienced a billing issue not covered above, contact us — we review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. How to request a refund
